Tom Mower
As Founder and Chairman of the Board for SISEL International, Tom is make an effort to involved in nearly every aspect of his / her business. In the 1970's, Tom was the Regional Revenue Director for a National Advertising and marketing and Sales Company where they helped achieve record revenue volumes. With an inherent capacity in chemistry, Tom became a member of Dell Chemical, where he started being a factory representative, advancing on the head of R&D, Corporate Instructor, and National Sales Manager.

Realizing his own unique abilities and entrepreneurial talents, Tom started out a successful industrial cleaning supply company in 1980 which produced and distributed products to major commercial and professional accounts in the western states. In 1987 he launched Pictures, a personal care manufacturing firm in Utah, which afterwards became Neways International, one of the biggest, most successful network marketing companies on the globe, reaching almost a million dollars in annual income. Tom sold Neways in 2006 to capitalize on what they considered some of the most important findings in human health and to file for what he deems the best business opportunity in history, Sisel International.

Tom has always been involved in one way or another in helping people achieve success. He is an abundant author and international mindset speaker known for his capability to ignite energy and excitement in the minds and bears of his loyal marketers.
